With our Big Brain Recruiting Solution, we act as your strategic recruiting partner. We help you plan your talent needs, proactively source and more efficiently manage your hiring process. And your cost-per-hire will be significantly less than traditional retained or contingent search services.

  1. Define scope. We work with you to determine the number of positions to be filled and BrainWorks’ role in the hiring process. As your recruiting partner, we can fully outsource your hiring process or simply provide additional support to your HR department.
  2. Workforce planning. We strategically assess hiring needs based on your business plans and likely attrition. Using our proprietary Talent Acquisition Profile, we help you clearly define the positions to be filled and the timing of your hiring needs.
  3. Proactive sourcing. We will custom design a recruiting plan to identify and source candidates who are proven top performers in your industry. When you don’t have time to hire–or qualified candidates are very scarce–our professional search consultants and researchers will find the best people on your behalf.
