2013

  • Launched The Big Brain Recruiting Solution and successfully completed four major recruiting projects (10+ hire engagements), which included: a 5 billion dollar multi-channel retailer, a 1 billion dollar retailer, a major digital marketing & analytics consulting firm and the top athletic products company in the world.

2010

  • BrainWorks invited to join The Pinnacle Society, the nation’s premier consortium of recruiters in the direct placement and executive search industry.
  • Recruited 15 senior-level marketing and sales executives for a $1.5B consumer electronics firm.

2009

  • BrainWorks expands Market Research and Consumer Insights Practice

2008

  • Recruited 15 senior-level marketing and sales executives for a $1.5B consumer electronics firm.

2002

  • Developed proprietary Talent Acquisition (TAP) and Talent Evaluation (TEP) processes.
    Ilene Schneider hired to bring her intelligence, focus and thoroughness to lead BrainWorks’ consumer products searches.

1999

  • BrainWorks, Inc. was born. Our mission — To help our clients dominate their competition.

1997

  • Won  President’s Club award for top performance

1996

  • Completed a 50-person recruiting project with a major New Jersey-based Consumer Electronics firm.
