Our client which has a well-known international brand and a strong appetite for growth is investing heavily in growing the Customer Analytics function. This role is designed to further elevate the impact of the function by delivering fact-based understanding, insights and actionable recommendations in support of their digital commerce and marketing strategy. This individual must bring practical experience and a deep background in digital marketing into an exciting role with significant “white space” growth opportunity.
To accomplish this, this Digital Analytics Manager will work with management teams in enhancing the understanding of consumer behavior and the optimization of the digital platform. The incumbent will be passionate about using data to solve complex business problems, skillfully providing actionable insights and recommended solutions to a variety of audiences.
The successful candidate for this position must be able to: (1) think analytically in solving business problems; (2) identify, source and validate the specific data that must be analyzed to solve these problems; and (3) have the required technical and communication skills to create the reports, interpret the results, and communicate effectively with senior leadership to help formulate strategy and solutions.
