Our client, a global leader in Growth Pharma, is looking for a Manager of Multichannel Customer Marketing. You will be responsible for leading cross functional teams & managing delivery of integrated multichannel closed loop marketing projects.


  • Eight (8) years of strong project management; life sciences, healthcare, general consulting multichannel experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven Experience with Closed loop marketing change management; using metrics to show value proposition vs. tell
  • Proven results with multibrand iREP implementation, training, content best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships and trust with critical stakeholders.
  • General understanding of FDA regulations
  • Candidate is expected to have strong understanding of iREP digital sales aids, veeva email, iPLAN and enterprise standards across all brands, including project oversight from operations perspective, training, communications and requirements/feedback gathering.
  • Recommend updates to streamline ease of development of assets and their utilization
  • Explore new iREP/ sales force tools to be tailored to brands current and future needs from strategy perspective
