B2B Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives with their digital marketing agency. (Content creation, Lead Generation, campaigns, website, SEO)
  • Sales Budget: Coordinate the annual sales budget forecast with the outside sales team.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials with the assistance of the marketing assistant:
    • presentations
    • catalogues, flyers, brochures
    • promotional material
  • Tradeshows: Plan tradeshow calendar and execute it with the assistance of the marketing assistant
  • Customer events: plan customer events (sales trainings, trips to the factory and other similar events)
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Technology savvy: knowledge in SAP project management and CRM systems
  • Project manager and Business Analyst of the Quoting system, CRM, and Website. Liaise with developers to discuss new features and improvements in the current solution
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in B2B marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize strategies and achieve better results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn about our products, industry, and target market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems
  • SAP knowledge would be great
