Our client, an entrepreneurial and fast paced consumer goods company, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and business plans across all key retail channels.  This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who is looking for an opportunity to be a decision-maker and have an impact on the business!

Responsibilities include:

  •  Creation of trade marketing capabilities and strategy
  • Analyze syndicated data, global shopper insights, purchasing and trend data and fact-based product & consumer information
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure that relevant product is available, promoted on-shelf, and driving strong rate of sale
  • Track and monitor the impact of the go-to-market strategy,  promotions and in-store execution plans

Ideal candidates will have:

  •  Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years relevant trade marketing experience in a consumer products organization
  • Proven experience delivering and implementing go-to-market strategies and  execution plans
  • Ability to create trade marketing capabilities from the ground up
  • Experience in multiple retail channels (ie, mass, drug, grocery, club)
  • Strong syndicated data experience (Nielsen or IRI)
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
