ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

Our client has developed patented technology activewear, servicing the sports, industrial services, and logistics industries, and continues to grow into new markets. We’re seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your experience and business acumen with an expanding innovative company.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•Manage the operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of vendor bills, expense reporting, and reporting on key metrics
•Oversee the accounts payable process, including handling invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring prompt payments.
•Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing accounts payable functions; in-depth knowledge of full-cycle accounts payable processes
•ERP systems experience is required; NetSuite experience is preferred
•Experience in RAMP and BILL is a plus
•Must have outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be a self-starter who can identify opportunities to add value to the business
•Ability to roll up the sleeves and work with minimal supervision
•Ability to work in a small team environment
•Highly organized, results driven, problem solver, and collaborator
•Experience building relationships with both internal colleagues and external vendors.
