As a key player, you will collaborate with leadership on various HR responsibilities and play a pivotal role in company growth, particularly through a strategic recruitment focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge a strong partnership with leadership for effective HR integration.
• Drive recruitment efforts to support company expansion.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency- Spanish
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Proven experience in HR roles, with emphasis on recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation:

• $75,000-$85,000 DOE
