Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. You will be on the ground, working closely with their team of supervisors and collaborating with clients on a daily basis. This is a hands-on role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a high level of energy, and a willingness to work hard. The ideal candidate will have experience leading or managing a team in the past and be excited by the opportunity to grow this sales division for our organization!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level. You will receive training on our client’s services, as well as a comprehensive support system to help you succeed. You will be based 6 miles west of downtown LA, and will spend 2-3 days a week in the field, with one full day in the office for collaboration and training.
With a strong book of existing business and a top name in the industry, our client has recently received PE sponsorship that is allowing for continued investment and growth in the business.
Our compensation package is super aggressive, including a strong base salary and a commission plan based on gross margin.
