  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement sales plans aligned with corporate goals, setting performance targets.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market data to identify customer needs, pricing strategies, and discount structures.
  • Team Leadership: Direct staffing, training, and evaluations to optimize sales programs.
  • Channel Excellence: Oversee channel development, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Client Engagement: Advise dealers, distributors, and clients on effective sales and advertising methods.
  • Sales Optimization: Analyze sales statistics, formulate policies, and drive dealer sales promotion.
  • Product Focus: Streamline and standardize the sales line for profitability.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, delivering impactful sales presentations.
  • Client Relations: Maintain key customer relationships and assist in deal negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster collaboration between sales and other departments.
  • Budget Control: Monitor division expenditures, ensuring alignment with budget requirements.
  • Innovation: Contribute to research and development efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitors’ activities and products.
  • Financial Oversight: Recommend/approve budgets and expenditures for R&D.

Must haves:

  • Prior experience in a plastics/injection molding contract manufacturing environment
  • 10+ years in program or project management/Sales/Account Management or related
