We are seeking a Chief Accounting Officer / Vice President Global Controller for a private equity backed global, industrial manufacturer. The Company is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of specialized equipment. The Company provides a broad line of equipment and services to several end markets including electric utility, telecommunications, infrastructure, and forestry. The Company operates nine manufacturing facilities and thirty distribution and service facilities globally.

Due to increased demand and market expansion, they are adding critical leadership. They are seeking a Chief Accounting Officer / VP Controller to report to the CFO.

• Experience as a CAO/VP Controller of a global manufacturing company.
• Background working in a private equity owned, levered environment.
• Strong technical accounting experience and familiarity in a multi-site operation; international consolidation.
• Track record of leading a team that delivers operational excellence in a dynamic global manufacturing business.
• Intimate knowledge of financial reporting systems and able to collaborate with IT department on ensuring optimal tools
• Experience developing and / or running a metrics driven organization with a robust management cadence (monthly dashboards, periodic business reviews, defined annual goals and budgeting process, etc.) and in working with private equity owners in a leveraged environment.
• Track record of guiding companies through aggressive growth.
• Experience leading and integrating acquisitions.
• Ability to fit in to the company’s leadership team and be well‐aligned with the business strategy.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration and / or CPA preferred
