Seeking an IMPACTFUL, CREATIVE, ORGANIZED, Chief Administrator who:

• Will strive for the opportunity to become / grow into a Chief of Staff role – come grow with this contemporary tech start-up with an environmental-mission!
• 30% time supporting Exec Admin needs of CEO
• 30% leading company-wide projects & communications (roll-outs/implementations , creating reports, writing articles, media relations support)
• 30% general operations and logistic support for the company (travel & event planning, office support, etc.)
• 10% + for you to explore impactful ideas / functions to help the mission.
• Must have a hunger and dedication for joining a mission-oriented start-up., demonstrate a sense-of humor, a can-do work ethic, and be 3-steps ahead from a proactive planning perspective.
• Enjoy a hybrid in/out of office scenario (about 50/50). DC- based.
• Comp Base 80-90k depending on skills, plus benefits and equity opportunity.
• Qualifications: Minimum 3+ yrs Administration exp, impressive communication and technology skills, degree preferred
