Executive Leadership Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer Position in Physical and Cybersecurity SaaS

Due to a carveout, we are seeking an exceptional CEO to guide our strategic vision and lead our diverse teams across Australia, Philippines, Europe, and North America. This role will be based in USA or Canada.

Key Qualifications:

•Industry Mastery: Extensive background in either PIAM, Cybersecurity, or Physical Security is a must. Expertise in PIAM SaaS is especially valued.
•Private Equity Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Private Equity portfolio experience, bringing a deep understanding of financial dynamics, capital growth, and hopefully a successful exit or two.
•Strategic Prowess: A seasoned leader with a proven record of managing P&L effectively, driving sustainable growth, and shaping strategic outcomes.
•Inspirational Leadership: A charismatic leader who motivates and empowers teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
•Global Team Management: Proficiency in managing international teams and diverse cultures, ensuring cohesive collaboration and performance.
•M&A Excellence: Proficiency in M&A activities, including post-merger integration strategies, contributing to our growth journey.
•Go-to-Market Expertise: A strong focus on driving revenue growth and improving market presence, we want to talk to strong CRO’s to lead this team.
