Based in Atlanta, GA our client is a FinTech startup focused on non-prime consumer lending. With half a billion in bootstrap funding, bringing $10M+ in revenue last year they are a fast-moving, hard-working, and collaborative team that is rapidly growing with an upside potential quickly pushing towards a billion dollars.
They are searching for an exceptionally talented Chief Information Officer to join their winning team!
THE ROLE:
• Rapidly scale internal engineering team.
• Work with multiple offshore and onshore teams.
• Build out of high performing, low latency mid-to-large data size processing systems and data networks.
• Upskill managers as effective leaders.
• Guiding direction towards alignment of goals and technology with resources.
• Cross-collaboration with all stakeholders, teams, and colleagues.
• Front facing Executive position.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years’ experience working at a fast growth venture from early stages.
• Experience building domestic and international technical teams.
• Someone who has built out a 100-500+ engineering team.
• Technical capacity around Azure Cloud optimization, data center and cloud hardware to software strategy.
• Experience in building high performance, low latency mid-to-large data size processing systems and data networks.
• Onsite 2-3 days a week.
