Salary Range: $120,000 – 150,000 DOE

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of experience managing an accounting team of 5 or more team members
• Ability to manage a full-cycle monthly accounting function and month-end close process
• Experience supporting an annual external audit and working with outside auditors
• Experience in oversight of transactional accounting including AP, AR and Payroll
• Experience working with a mid to large ERP
• Experience with process improvements and creating efficiencies within the monthly accounting processes
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA with public accounting experience
• Experience with technical accounting – Leases, Impairments, etc.
• Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry
• Experience with some level of HR responsibilities
