Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Analyst will be a driving force in analytics, reporting, and strategic efforts. You will be a large factor in helping to transform our marketing strategy and lead generation efforts. Candidates with experience in growth marketing, reporting and analytics, Pardot or marketing automation, lead generation, and SEO/SEM are preferred.

What Will You Do?

• Work within current systems, tools, and software to create, measure, and develop opportunities to expand our Sales and Marketing efforts
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data. Provide recommendations and solutions through work with Head of Marketing.
• Manage, maintain, and monitor all growth marketing tools – lead generation program, Pardot, email marketing, digital asset management tool, website (partially), lead generation forms and inbox, other duties as assigned

What Experience Should You Bring to the Role?

• 2+ years in growth marketing, reporting and analytics, Pardot or marketing automation, and lead generation.
• Experience in a B2B environment and Service-Based business.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools
• Comprehension of a digital-first marketing plan and ability to use current marketing tech tools, software, and methodologies.
• Advanced organizational skills to provide project clarity with stakeholders.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to influence others beyond their comfort zones and create urgency when needed.
