Our amazing Boston area Healthcare client is adding a Director of Enterprise Analytics to their growing, dynamic team.
The Director of Enterprise Analytics Enablement & Operations will be responsible for leading and developing multiple areas within the Enterprise analytics team of 10+ FTE.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead team managing the BI and analytics infrastructure.
  • Establish and drive adoption of processes and best practices for technical design, enabling scalability and adopting FAIR principles.
  • Lead and grow team developing and implementing an analytic asset management system and process.
  • Define and establish data governance program.
  • Develop mechanisms & programs for providing guidance and support to employees on basic data concepts, analytical tools, and techniques.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the program team.
  • Provide forward and innovative thinking on program management approaches and processes for a scalable enterprise Business Intelligence function.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics) is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with 7+ in a biomedical or healthcare setting preferred.
  • 7+ years of direct people management and leadership experience in a business intelligence and analytics team
  • Excellent understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and best practices in data design and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, cloud platforms like Snowflake and MS Azure
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Ability to routinely establish new projects and collaborations independently.
  • Able to educate the business on the importance of leveraging data & analysis for decision making.
