Our client, a leading healthcare provider is looking for a MarTech leader to own and evolve the vision for the suite of marketing technology tools and services. This is a senior, highly influential role. In this role as Director Marketing Technology, you will own the various homegrown and third-party platforms and tools the company uses to solve the current and future marketing needs.

The Marketing Platforms Team is responsible for architecting, enhancing, and maintaining all platforms (third-party and in-house) that support the needs of marketing tactics and digital experience.
The person in this role will proactively develop a deep understanding of business goals, marketing needs, and technological capabilities to shape the vision of our marketing technology and drive a roadmap that enables our marketing teams to meet or exceed their goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years’ experience with proven track record in Marketing Technologies (Marketing Automation, CRM, Marketing Analytics, Digital Advertising, CDP)
• 7+ years of experience in delivering solutions through the software development lifecycle in at least one of the following areas: DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or others
• 5+ years of experience in gathering requirements and documenting various components of marketing technical systems
• 5+ years’ experience managing enterprise projects
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in understanding an organization’s marketing technology landscape, grasping business goals, and developing a product vision
• Expansive knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, including web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piwik/Matomo, Tealium), digital marketing tools (Eloqua, Invoca, Optimizely, etc.) content management solutions (Adobe, SiteCore, etc) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads/DoubleClick, TradeDesk, etc.)
• Experience with omni-channel customer journeys, with emphasis on marketing campaign enablement through technology
• Project management certifications or heavy experience (PMP or PMP-Agile) in a technology
