Our client, a fast-growing technology company and a leader in its category, is in an exciting transformative stage and is seeking a Director of Marketing to join its growing team. The Director of Marketing will develop the overarching marketing strategy, communicate the value to the market, efficiently reach the target audience, and drive demand creation.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategy for business focused on customer acquisition, retention and LTV growth
• Build strong working relationships with service partners to develop joint marketing programs that drive business growth
• Instill always-on mindset into planning activities leveraging agile marketing methodology
• Establish a test and learn discipline across the team to optimize marketing programs and minimize cost of acquisition
• Oversee integrated marketing team including cross-functional representation across digital, social, email, content, design, and analytics
• Continuously map, measure and optimize the customer journey
• Track and analyze performance of marketing programs against KPIs

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Marketing for a business that sells both hardware products and services (tech, financial, etc.), through DTC, retail and dealers/distributors
• Experience in customer acquisition in the tech or SaaS space
• Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams
• Ability to think strategically and also be hands-on
• Strong influencing skills
