Our client, a global B2C and B2B company, is currently looking for a Director of Pricing. They are seeking an analytical and strategic Pricing leader to own global pricing efforts. This is a challenging role with a transformational organization where you can lead, inspire, and win. As the Director of Pricing, you will implement the pricing strategy from the ground up and lead all strategic pricing initiatives. You will partner and influence with a data-driven approach, working extensively with the C-Level team to transform product strategy and innovative pricing solutions to market.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s Degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree with related equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of pricing experience in both B2B and B2C companies.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in Pricing, Sales, or Operations.
  • Consulting or related high-level analytical or strategy experience within an operational environment preferred.
  • PE experience ideal
  • Analytical thinking, Leadership, Interpersonal and Short and Long-term Planning skills required.
  • Experience leading pricing strategy in a company undergoing transformation.
  • Experience in data-driven problem solving, performing quantitative analysis that is communicated in a clear and compelling story that changes behavior.
  • Experience developing new pricing models and strategies.
  • SQL and SAS programming efficiency; data visualization (e.g. Tableau) and SAP ERP software proficiency.
  • Experience delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience presenting to and partnering with internal and/or external senior executives (C-suite).
