Our client, a very profitable and fast-growing global Consumer Goods Company, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing – E-Commerce . This is a great opportunity to make an impact within their North America e-commerce platform through your successful leadership and management of Ecommerce sales. This role will lead the America’s Region e-commerce strategy across current/new online channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Revenue, Margin and Contribution KPI’s for America’s e-commerce business.
• Manage the America’s Regional e-commerce strategy and sales plans within existing and future accounts
• Drive e-com ubiquity across optimized account footprint, including pure play, 3P, B2B, DTC, Social commerce, brick/click accounts
• Work directly with Trade Marketing Insights teams to set agenda, analyze, monitor and interrogate key data streams and critically drive action/Initiative to address identified opportunities
• Ensure right products, packs and GTM elements are in place to maximize effectiveness
• Deliver a balanced pricing strategy

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ consumer goods industry experience
• Experience in the areas of trade marketing or brand management
• Minimum 4 years directly selling or managing pure e-commerce or .com
• Experience as a direct line manager with excellent management skills including the ability to manage cross-functional group
• Experience working with agencies and third parties
• Strong Analytical and data skills a must
