Our client, a direct to consumer, multi-billion dollar, multichannel company is looking for a Head of Offshore. This important role will be part of their management team. You will be responsible for a multi- functional Offshore team’s strategy, operations, and services. This position will interface with numerous departments within the client and make sure the offshore team meets / exceeds business goals (predominantly IT).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Strategize and direct the design, development, improvement, and governance of business intelligence systems, programs, and services
  • Collaborate with departments as well as external business clients or partners to ensure that the IT and other deliverables meet the customers’ business expectations.
  • Establish standards, guidelines, and metrics to measure the team’s performance and success
  • Oversee all administration support functions, including accounting and finance, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, HR, real estate investment and operations, property management, legal contract reviews, etc.
  • Build external business relationships and maintain relationships and partnerships with international offices, banks, CPA firms, law firms, and existing and potential clients.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Chinese language fluency (speak, read, write)
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience with at least three years of experience in a lead and/or management role on an offshore team
