Our client, a leading consumer durables company, is actively seeking an eCommerce Key Account Manager to support its Walmart and Sam’s Club eCommerce partners. This role involves seamless cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Business Insights, and Demand Planning teams. It presents a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated leader with a passion for digital marketing and brand building, along with a proven track record of driving eCommerce growth within Walmart and Sam’s Club.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and manage responsibilities for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com, including inventory management, content initiatives, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and promotional spending within ROI goals while acting as a leading authority on the eCommerce business providing valuable feedback and insights.
  • Deliver flawless execution including new product launches, ecommerce execution (inventory, pricing, content, and strategies), and timely responses to retailer and internal partner requests and formulate and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart and Sam’s Club content standards for both physical and online products, collaborating with internal teams to ensure execution.
  • Take ownership of the assortment and ecommerce portfolio across various platforms, implementing comprehensive promotional strategies to foster sustained growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders from Walmart, Sam’s Club, Walmart Connect, and third-party providers.
  • Establish and implement a cooperative planning process to develop sales forecasts, plans, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Walmart & Sam’s Club DSV and Marketplace businesses.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience working in eCommerce and brand and agency side.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Possess a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and effective sales strategies.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, and retention tools.
  • Experience with Walmart & Sam’s Club System (Retail Link, Luminate, Item 360 / Supplier One, Marketplace, Supplier Hub, Madrid, etc.)
  • Must possess strong organizational, planning, time management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels.
