Must-Have Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, including 4+ years owning an FP&A function from start to finish
- Manufacturing industry, familiar with standard costing
- Worked with cross functional leadership teams
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- JD Edwards
- Chemicals Manufacturing experience
- Worked with shared service functions
Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A Leader for their Americas business unit with sales of approximately $100 million dollars. This role has no direct reports and will get the work done utilizing shared services. As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for the Americas business unit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive understanding of financial and operational performance, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
