SUMMARY:

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for coding and implementation of our Front Office applications, supporting our mission-critical Trading, Risk and Portfolio Reporting functions.

What You Will Do:

• Own full stack software development efforts aimed at providing Portfolio Management with robust analysis, reporting, trading tools and workflow efficiency
• Advance and develop proprietary applications that support Risk Management & Analytics model development
• Play a key role in architecting future trading systems and risk applications
• Engineer applications based on cloud native principles
• Work effectively with our infrastructure engineering teams to implement software solutions with high degrees of scalability and resiliency
• Execute and migrate existing workloads to cloud
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk managers, financial engineers and senior management to align program focus and prioritization
• Mentor and grow team members across IT

What You Will Bring:

• 7+ years of Core Java experience, system design and service-oriented architecture
• Expert knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Messaging technologies
• Deep understanding of public cloud implementation and services
• Skilled with Oracle DB, or Sybase, or Snowflake, or SingleStore, or MySQL
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education required
