This role will partner with our founding team of FinTech entrepreneurs, ex-NFL stars, and ESPN executives to bring this product to market.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Professional experience in the FinTech space, building, designing, and launching 0-1 products.
- Experience hiring and overseeing a team of software engineers on and offshore.
- Able to work independently and resolve code-level technical issues without additional help.
- Design, implement and build software in an ambiguous, evolving environment.
- Ability to ship code quickly and build software with a product-first approach.
- Ability to own a project from concept to completion.
THE ROLE:
- Take ownership of the product architecture and make key decisions about the technology stack and development processes.
- Reporting directly to the CEO/co-founder, this role will provide critical thought leadership and tactical execution to shape our product roadmap.
- Establishing a long-term plan for team development with on and offshore teams. Growing and mentoring the team, ensuring continuity and ongoing career development for a remote team and the members within it.
- Liaise to provide technical guidance and expertise with cross-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Creative, Leadership).
- Design, Develop, Test, and Implement a software solution based on business requirements, and technical best practices (SDLC).
- Current tech stack: React, AWS, Postgres.
