15+ years of sales experience with a solid track record of success
Expertise in developing a sales department within a company and implementing procedures and KPIs
Preference for an individual with sales experience (i) in food ingredients and (ii) to major U.S. retailers
Able to thrive in an agile and ambiguous organization
High energy with sense of urgency
Must be Chicagoland based or willing to relocate and be onsite in the Northern Chicago suburbs when not traveling.
