We are seeking a Head of Sales for an extremely successful food ingredient, processing, and co-packer company! Along with a recent PE investor, and as they look to continue their near decades-long 15%+ YOY growth trajectory, they are heavily investing in people, processes, technology, and manufacturing capabilities to lead them into the future.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of sales experience with a solid track record of success
  • Expertise in developing a sales department within a company and implementing procedures and KPIs
  • Preference for an individual with sales experience (i) in food ingredients and (ii) to major U.S. retailers
  • Able to thrive in an agile and ambiguous organization
  • High energy with sense of urgency

Must be Chicagoland based or willing to relocate and be onsite in the Northern Chicago suburbs when not traveling.
