Position Overview:
As an Payroll and Benefit Leader, you will manage full-cycle payroll, administer employee benefits, and drive process improvements. In addition to payroll and benefits, you will also take on HR Generalist responsibilities, supporting various HR functions and contributing to strategic HR initiatives..
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Administer and enhance employee benefits programs.
- Implement and drive process improvements.
- Handle HR generalist duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Contribute to strategic HR planning and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of payroll management experience
Compensation:
- Up to $90k base salary
