Immediate Need – HRIS Systems Analyst – Direct Hire – Hybrid role

Our amazing client is seeking a HRIS Systems Analyst as an addition to their dynamic team! This position will interact and work closely with Human Resources as well as external customers as a functional point-of-contact for Workday, or other HR systems. It will provide support with a focus on business processes, reporting and support activities.

What you will be doing:

• Providing day-to-day incident and problem resolution as necessary.
• Serve as an escalation point for Workday production support issues including, researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Interpreting business into system solutions ensuring that all possible scenarios have been covered.
• Developing test cases recommended for configuration changes and conducting quality assurance to ensure all business requirements have been met.
• Preparing /designing basic to intermediate reporting/dashboards within Workday/other HR Systems.
• Design, development, testing, and maintenance of basic Workday integrations to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to facilitate testing / maintenance of integrations.
• Create and publish support documentation for internal and external users.
• Reporting Procedures
• File Specifications
• Training Documentation
• Assist in completing Workday upgrades through testing and data validation.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of two years of professional IT/HRIS experience.
• Workday functional configuration required. (HCM/Payroll strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – primarily Excel, Word and Smartsheet
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL
