Interim Director of FP&A

Our team at BrainWorks is actively working with an amazing healthcare organization in CO Springs experiencing a period of leadership transition. We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to assist with driving positive change throughout the monthly FP&A function and maintain the current monthly FP&A cadence.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 Days in Office
Hourly Rate: $70-85/HR
Duration: 3-6 Months (with potential for extension or conversion)

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
  • Experience managing large company, corporate budgets of at least $100M with multiple departments/locations
  • Experience creating monthly reporting & analysis packages for leadership
  • Experience managing an FP&A team of at least 2 employees
  • Strong Excel skills (minimum requirement is the creation of Pivot Tables & utlilizing Lookups)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience withing in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
