Logistics & Customer Care Specialist

Our client, a fast growing manufacturer in the food industry, is seeking a Logistics & Customer Care Specialist who will be responsible for day to day order fulfilment and customer support, working closely with Sales Managers and the warehouse as well as global teams. The role is hands on, highly autonomous, and ideal if you thrive in a lean environment where “every day looks different.”

This role has a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive, enter, and track customer purchase orders; confirm ship dates and pricing
  • Release product from the warehouse, arrange outbound shipments, and troubleshoot carrier issues
  • Ship samples to prospective customers
  • Partner with Account Managers to resolve service issues, provide documentation, and ensure on time delivery

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3 + years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination; food or CPG preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of SAP (or comparable ERP) is a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle high transaction volume with extreme accuracy and proactive follow through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, carriers, and global colleagues across time zones
  • Self starter mentality — able to prioritize without close supervision
