BrainWorks has partnered with a highly respected leader in the corporate services industry to place a talented Strategic Sourcing Manager who will help develop and execute the organization’s indirect sourcing and procurement strategy for Corporate Services (IT, Finance, Travel, Real Estate, & HR). This highly strategic leadership role is based in the Baltimore area with hybrid work available. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with Microsoft, sourcing new vendors, managing renewals, negotiating contracts and leading a team of two. Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive IT procurement experience including leading and developing direct reports
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams including negotiations with vendors and influencing stakeholders
• Familiarity with Ariba or similar ERP software with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
