Our client, a leading global Data & Insights Consulting Firm is seeking a Leader for one of its Marketing Analytics Practices. We need a driven, proven Managing Partner & Practice Lead, Marketing Analytics to continue building a high-performing consulting team in North America. Fluency in MTA, Unified Measurement and other ROI frameworks is required.


This leader will be responsible for:
• Build high performing team through exceptional people management of North America team
• Growing the commercial revenue stream for ROI analytic projects
• Representing analytics capabilities to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to leading delivery of client work, ensuring high quality analytics are easily digestible for clients and client service teams

• Identify key areas of growth and help shape the offer in NA
• Participate in setting the agenda for the strategic growth initiatives within analytics
• Partnering with Client Service teams in business development
• Consult with clients on analytic approach
• Partner with Client Service in research design (to enable analytics)
• Guide analytics delivery with marketing science and data science teams in place
• Work with product teams to scale appropriate products and solutions

Role success requires that the team member will be an analytic thought leader who: (a) ensures the ROI strategy and offer is aligned with global developments and well represented during global discussions, and at the same time, (b) embraces the unique demands of the North American market and leverages the vast resources we have across Company. Has a confident comprehension of our collective ROI offer and an understanding of the competitive landscape.
