## Description

BrainWorks Search is partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer outside of Detroit seeking experienced **Manufacturing Engineers** to join its team. This is a hands-on, plant-floor-focused role supporting a high-volume die-casting manufacturing operation.


#### Responsibilities





- Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor

- Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and production issues

- Diagnose recurring downtime and drive issues to root cause

- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance and OEE

- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

- Support manufacturing processes within a highly automated production environment



#### Qualifications





- 3–7+ years of hands-on manufacturing, process, equipment, or maintenance engineering experience preferred

- Die-casting experience strongly preferred; injection molding or extrusion experience will also be considered

- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting capabilities



#### Compensation & Benefits





- Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 (+) DOE

- Fully company-paid employee medical benefits
