Our client, a global, fast growing company is looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in Marketing Mix Modeling or Multi-Touch Attribution and a passion to derive actionable insights and solutions from complex data. This is a great opportunity to directly impact marketing planning and marketing strategy.

You will have a great deal of client ownership and serve as a key client contact and project manager. You will be responsible for the project from kickoff and data receipt, to analytics and modeling, through to the development of the final insights’ presentation and ongoing monitoring and tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Client Collaboration

o Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and provide analytic solutions to positively address their needs
oEmploy sophisticated analytic methodologies to help clients work through challenging marketing planning issues and business questions
• Data Processing and Model Development
o Harmonize, process and analyze data to develop charts, reports and client presentations
o Ensure statistical models and all deliverables are of high quality and meet the internal quality control guidelines
• Team and Project Management
o Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance
o Align deadlines for internal review of analytics and presentation drafts
o Ensure deliverables are of high quality and meet the internal quality control guidelines
• Innovation
o Work with team to continuously evolve our statistical methodologies and develop new ways of solving complex client business problems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Areas of study/related study include: Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, and Marketing)
• 4 to 6+ years of experience with marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business focused analytics, advertising effectiveness analysis or other related statistical modeling experience
• Excel in and passionate about working with complex datasets and developing presentations using insights derived from the analytics
• Passion for using data to solve complex business questions and drive business solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with data visualization and statistical software (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire, R, SPSS, SAS, Python, etc.)
