National Account Manager- Hospitals and Healthcare

The National Account Manager will acquire, retain and expand key accounts within the Hospital and Healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric problem solver with a track record of growing a book of business through relationship building, account planning, and successfully navigating through complex buying environments. This is a building opportunity and will be responsible for setting strategic plan and vision for the vertical as well as executing with cross-functional teams.
Candidates with documented success selling into the hospital and healthcare sector with a services based product are preferred.

•Operate in 20 states, with 28 branch locations, and anticipate doubling our business again in the next 24 months.
•Prioritize an entrepreneurial mindset focused on action, with the ability to work in a high-functioning team that can generate exceptional results for the organization.
What you’ll do:
•Travels throughout the United States and calls on complex, high-revenue accounts as assigned to align the clients service offerings within the hospital and healthcare vertical.
•Participates in developing marketing and tactical plans to achieve business plan objectives.
•Provides sales information to the management team. Provides analysis and marketing/training assessment needs to support the sales plans
•Develop and strengthen key account relations at all levels to influence outcomes.
•Collaborate with multiple branch operations teams to ensure service delivery execution exceeds customer expectations.
•Operate as a subject matter expert in the hospital and healthcare sector for all things related to the clients core service offerings.
•Drive sales by creating, managing, and executing key account plans, including maintaining CRM records to enable data-driven decisions.
•Keep up to date on changes with our customers and across the competitive landscape to keep the business informed.
•60% travel for customer-facing events and activities.
What you’ll bring to the team:
•Minimum 4+ years in strategic account management and business development within hospital and healthcare sector, preferably in the exterior or interior building services categories.
•Excellent knowledge of sales to estimating to project management workflow.
•Superior communication skills with the ability to influence others beyond their comfort zones and capable of creating urgency when needed.
•Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including MSA management and buying groups.
