We are partnered with a local manufacturing company for their HR Manager vacancy. As Human Resources Manager, you will support 120+ employees and will be the lead on all HR initiatives such as:

Responsibilities:

•Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
•Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talented individuals who align with our company culture and values.
•Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment.
•Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee engagement, productivity, and career development.
•Create and execute a retention strategy that focuses on employee satisfaction, recognition, and growth opportunities.
•Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations and institutions to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance our employer brand.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience
  • MUST HAVE 2+ years of Manufacturing or related industry experience
  • Union experience highly preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, supporting a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of training and development strategies, recruitment best practices, employee relations, performance management, and retention techniques.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Up to $95k annual salary
