Our client is a highly acquisitive and thriving private equity backed services firm seeking a Regional Controller. This is a standalone regional finance opportunity with oversight for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, strategy, and cash flow.

This role will be based in the greater DC/Baltimore area.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience

Responsibilities

•Ownership of finance within the region
•Drive improved profitability through analytics and operations relationship
•Oversight of month end close process
•Cash reporting and collections collaboration
•Development of monthly reporting package to region and district leaders
•Detailed variance analytics to drive improved understanding of the business and financial results
•Driving analysis and reporting on underperforming contracts and locations
•Lead weekly labor meetings and drive accountability within the business
•Review and approval of operational spending in labor, R&E, materials, and other procurement areas
•Complete capital analytics and business cases
•Weekly and monthly financial forecasting
•Annual budgeting
•Audit compliance within the operations
•Development of financial acumen of operational leadership
•Strong leadership skills, this role will have 5+ direct reports
•Review, alignment, and approval of M&A work within the area of control
