Job Description

This is a dynamic position in a fast paced group. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. The candidate will interact with many groups within the company in a highly visible position.


  • Manage and mentor a team of 2+ Revenue Analysts
  • Ensure revenue recognition in accordance with company policy and SaaS revenue recognition accounting standard ASC 606
  • Interact with cross-functional business partners on deal structuring, deal approvals, go to Market strategies, contract negotiations
  • Address technical accounting inquiries from the business and provide guidance/implications
  • Identify and implement internal controls and process improvements
  • Review contract review summaries for complex transactions (for internal and audit purposes)
  • Assist with financial audits for revenue, including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • CPA (active or inactive)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including;
    • At least 2+ Busy Seasons within a large Public Accounting Firm
    • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 2 or more professionals
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience within the SaaS industry or experience gained in SaaS from Public Accounting
  • Experience with NetSuite is desired
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
