Our client, a multi-billion dollar consumer durables manufacturer, is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a Sales Support/Key Account Manager role.   If you have experience in inside sales, sales planning, or sales operations, this is a great opportunity to learn the inner workings of this company and advance your career into an outside sales role.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Function as the key inside contact for the sales team and for distributor and ecommerce accounts.
  • Coordinate forecasting, sales reporting, new item set-up with customers, sales team, and 3rd party reps
  • Assist sales team in securing product information and pricing
  • Support and coordinate ecommerce requests such as images and promotional opportunities from customers and sales team
  • Ensure sales requests are completed correctly and accurately
  • Participate in and prepare material for weekly operations meetings and for customer meetings

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in a consumer products organization in a sales function
  • Strong communication, coordination, customer service and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consumer durables such as appliances or housewares is a plus.
