Our client, a multi-billion dollar consumer durables manufacturer, is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a Sales Support/Key Account Manager role. - Function as the key inside contact for the sales team and for distributor and ecommerce accounts.
- Coordinate forecasting, sales reporting, new item set-up with customers, sales team, and 3rd party reps
- Assist sales team in securing product information and pricing
- Support and coordinate ecommerce requests such as images and promotional opportunities from customers and sales team
- Ensure sales requests are completed correctly and accurately
- Participate in and prepare material for weekly operations meetings and for customer meetings
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in a consumer products organization in a sales function
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service and presentation skills.
- Experience in consumer durables such as appliances or housewares is a plus.
