Senior AR Specialist
Location: Novato, CA
Schedule: Hybrid
Hourly Rate: ~$30/hr
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 3 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proven expertise in handling complex AR tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with working within a mid to large sized ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills to manage deductions, chargebacks, and short payments effectively.
• Experience in managing customer credit limits and assessing customer financial viability.
• Proficiency in navigating customer portals and utilizing electronic remittance information.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers.
PREFERRED:
• Experience with the Consumer Products industry (CPG), highly preferred.
• Experience with a manual AR processes and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives.
• Automated manual tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Interacted with shipping documents such as Bills of Lading to support invoicing and reconciliation.
• Experience with Sage500.
