**Senior Billing Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)**

Location: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite in Lewisville, TX)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months (potential for extension and/or conversion)
Pay Rate: ~$38/HR

Our team is working with a great client in the renewables/manufacturing industry seeking a **Senior Billing Specialist** for their growing team. This company is a leading manufacturer in the solar/renewables industry and they are seeking an expert to assist with billing & AP in a high-volume environment. These activities include but are not limited to reporting, reviewing, coordinating, approving, routing, coding invoices, and reviewing contracts to create client invoices. This role is hybrid and will be onsite 4 days/week.


#### MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:





- Associates degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field

- Experience: 5+ years of billing/invoicing experience specifically in a manufacturing or engineering related industry

- Experience with both AR and AP related invoicing duties

- Experience working cross functionally with management in other departments such as Procurement, Engineering, etc.

- Experience with Epicor Kinetic or similar manufacturing focused ERP systems

- Excel: Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)



#### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:





- Experience in the solar, renewable, or power generation industry

- Experience with Epicor/Vista Viewpoint

- Experience with process improvements
