Our client, a global lifestyle brand is developing a best-in-class loyalty program. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Loyalty Manager. This position is a new role on their CRM team and ideal for someone who has experience in the loyalty space and a desire to shape the strategy & design of an entirely new program.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ Years in the loyalty space with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Best-in-Class loyalty program experience
• Ability to balance analytical & creative perspectives
• Strong project management experience
• Solution & detailed oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record with senior executives
• Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic and operational design of a new loyalty program
• Execute and evolve loyalty strategy including the development of a 360-marketing plan
• Own & manage program budgets and customer revenue targets
• Work with business stakeholders to gather needs and define budget requirements
• Work with Marketing, Media and Creative stakeholders on program look, feel and user experience

• Build financial models and estimates that reflect regional and global needs
• Provide direction to analytics team from establishing analytics roadmap and writing analytics briefs to aligning on methodology and approach to customer lifetime value measurement
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue through marketing campaigns and efficiencies
• Develop & implement strategic & tactical plans supporting care retention targets
• Leverage customer, financial and churn data
• Establish and measure global customer retention & loyalty goals
