Our client, a high-quality consumer durables manufacturer that designs and develops solution driven products that enhance their consumers’ lives is seeking a Product Manager, Fans to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive collaborative environment and building and managing a product portfolio through front end market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, customer presentations/reviews, and lifecycle analysis. Responsibilities include:

• P&L experience running a product line
• Responsible for mapping out and executing the product roadmap on time & within budget.
• Conduct necessary consumer research to thoroughly understand both overall and specific trends and behaviors that can translate to business opportunities
• Collect and summarize market information through regular reviews of current distribution channels.
• Thoroughly understand category, marketplace, product positioning, pricing and translate insights to actionable financial opportunities and new competitive product offerings.
• Analyze POS trends and make recommendations regarding lifecycle for existing products
• Serve as the subject matter expert on core products

Ideal Candidate will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Discipline with 5-7 years in Product Management
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team (Sr. Leadership, Sales, Operations, Quality, Design).
• Must have experience in Product Management/Development within the Fan Industry
• Must have experience sourcing products from Asia
• Must have experience working on 8-10 new product launches per year
• Experience working with Big Box Retailers
