The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will play an integral role in bringing data insights and business acumen together to ensure optimal resource allocation, costs and forecasting for the commercialization process. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, Planning and Finance partnering with planners and analysts to provide high-quality, data-driven recommendations that will affect the day-to-day flow of key metrics and information impacting innovation and capacity utilization related projects, production reliability, cost performance, quality and customer service.


• Develop sustainable processes for recurring data analysis and implement processes cross functionally
• Ensure proper communication streams are up-to-date and meeting on a regular basis
• Analyze the feasibility, manufacturing and sourcing strategy; Present the logistics and customer service implications, etc.
• Manage key reporting metrics to include schedule attainment, cost cards and certain reconciled inventory arrangements
• Evaluate and monitor KPIs; Drive actions to improve performance ensuring effective service, quality, and cost for customers
• Support future capacity needs by aligning network capacity with our projected requirements
• Ensure sourcing options are capable of meeting established timelines on budget and on time; Collaborate cross functionally to address identified issues and measure adherence to the agreed upon corrective actions
• Partner with the IT team to build and maintain queries in PowerBI
• Manage key issues and projects in support of the business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate efficiency opportunities
• Secondary point of contact with CoMan and Procurement supplier relationships for special projects at multiple CoMan locations
• Support the supply network data analysis, cost management, and optimal resource allocation for CoMan and Procurement, as needed
• Participate / Lead special projects and assignments, as required
• Participate in all other miscellaneous SMPL and departmental tasks, as required
• Attend departmental / cross-functional meetings
• Travel Requirement: > 15%


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerBI (or similar planning program)
• Strong project management and execution skills to meet aggressive deliverables
• Knowledge of organizational work processes
• Ability to solve complex, technical forecasting and statistical problems
• Ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence across functional boundaries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of holistic Supply Chain processing and packaging technologies, preferred


• Bachelor’s degree, required
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain
• Relevant experience in Process Implementations, Forecasting, Commercialization optimization, etc.
• Experience presenting and synthesizing complex information into an easy-to-understand narrative

** Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment and may be stressful at times. Work may require sitting for long periods of time; requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and fax machine and scanner.

The compensation available for this role includes base salary, and an annual short-term bonus. All incentive plans are subject to management and Board of Directors discretion.
The hiring range for this role is $80,000 – $105,000 annual base salary.
** Compensation to commensurate with level of knowledge, skills, and experience applicable to the position.
The annual short-term incentive target for this role is: 10% of your annual base salary.
