WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will assist in the tracking of assigned information that will support the supply chain team by driving planning of resources, pricing and commodities. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of innovative analysis and reporting. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will focus on developing data driven solutions to complex problems, as well as identify underperforming areas in the supply chain and recommend improvements or resolutions to problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Access, analyze and present supply chain metrics to inform stakeholders aligned with the supply chain strategy
- Develop and manage inventory, quality, cost and other assigned reports weekly
- Execution and maintenance of repeatable processes that generate supply chain reports
- Provide spend, projected ingredient usage, and market analysis reports to the Supply Chain team
- Implement strategies to gather, review and analyze data requirements for Procurement, CoMan, Quality, and Inventory planning
- Collaborate with planning to provide procurement with accurate and timely raw material forecasts
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and drafting procedure improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams, Finance and IT, to deliver comprehensive and timely reporting and analysis
- Build and maintain queries using PowerBI with the IT team
- Participate in special projects and assignments, as required
- Participate in all other miscellaneous SMPL and departmental tasks, as required
- Attend departmental/cross-functional meetings
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Advanced knowledge in data mining, process improvement and strategic planning and analysis and application of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to interpret and explain complex data relationships / terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with Executives and team leads across the company
- Ability to manage projects simultaneously; Adjust to changing priorities; Drive strategic projects to successful delivery
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in analytics and specific knowledge of Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in PowerBI, or similar system
- CPG Experience; Cross-functional experience
** Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment and may be stressful at times. Work may require sitting for long periods of time; requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and fax machine and scanner.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The health, satisfaction and well-being of our employees are important to us and an integral part of our organization’s goals. In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short-term incentive.
The base salary range is: $85,000 – $100,000, exclusive of benefits or additional incentives (https://www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com/careers). Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual short-term incentive of 10%. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience.
