Immediate Need! Sr. Desktop Support / Endpoint Management Specialist, Hybrid/Remote work model, contract-to-hire.

This senior level role will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting new and existing technology as well as supporting the enterprise as needed. This includes working on remote issues, monitoring ticket queues to manage incidents, and performing end-user support along with PC refresh tasks. solutions for projects and operational needs while aligning with corporate goals, objectives, and budget.

What you will be doing:

•Address technical and IT support issues, including computing device and peripheral support, deployments, telecommunications, and overall system and application support
•Maintain essential IT operations (i.e., operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, etc.)
•Software package deployment utilizing scripts and tools.
•Take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues, maintain a high degree of customer service.
•Assistance with user data/settings identification and restoration when applicable.
•Imaging of new equipment and installation of customer provided software.
•Support emergency after-hours issues
•Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to systems, software, and hardware.
•Participate / Lead special projects and assignments, as required

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise level environments.
  • Experience with UEM Tools (ManageEngine, Intune, Workspace One, etc. )
  • Experience with custom scripting and OS deployment tools
  • Technical knowledge in the following fields:
  • Microsoft Windows Server o Windows 10 & 11
  • Apple OSx
  • Office 365 Administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and user administration)
  • Mobile platforms (Apple, Microsoft)
  • Server hardware, desktop, and laptop hardware
  • VPN experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL V2 & V3 foundational concepts
  • Experience with remote connectivity and service desk software (TeamViewer, ServiceNow)
