Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking a Sr. Director, Media & Planning who will be responsible for leading omni-channel Media strategy, planning, buying & measurement across a variety of well-known brands. Responsibilities include:

• Lead an internal team and external agency to deliver integrated media plans which deliver measurable revenue and brand equity.
• Ensure that clear strategies, targeted and optimized media mix, innovative messaging, continual test and learn, and actionable measurement are in place.
• Ensure that economies of scale via negotiated rates and added value are achieved and that best practices are consistently delivered across all brands.
• Develop overarching media strategy and approach across all paid media disciplines, including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Digital Audio, Digital & OTT Video, and Outdoor
• Ensure consistent strategic media landscape insights, omni-channel performance reporting and ROAS, forecasting, and test/learn actionable results.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years relevant experience
• Management of media budgets in the $30-100M range
• Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement
• Experience with Google AdWords and know how to leverage Google Analytics
• Knowledge of calculating media incrementality
• Proven track record in both digital & traditional media driving measurable results
• Successful usage of marketing technology and tools (AdServers / CM360, LiveRamp, Placed, etc.)
• Experience in data strategy and usage of a Data Management Platform or Customer Data Platform is a plus
