We are in search of a driven and dynamic Territory Manager to make a large impact as our client continues to grow and innovate.

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales of medical device products to meet and exceed company growth goals through both our distributor network in the US and direct sale. Demonstrated track record for forging a strong working relationship with cross-functional teams especially sales and marketing. Strong B2B Med Device sales experience and skills needed with a proven record of success. This position will cover the Austin, TX and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue budget for company products within your U.S. territory.
  • Drive and support distributors in the US.
  • Provide Clinical Training and Support for Customers and Distributors.
  • Launch new products in combination with Marketing in territory.
  • Establish strong physician and clinician relationships.
  • Possess value-based and strategic selling skills.
  • Be innovative in creating new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in promotional events in your territory.

Your Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a BA/BS Degree

Key Skills:

  • Qualified applicants must have a Min of 2 years in a similar commercial role within the medical device industry.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, to achieve agreed company goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to influence financial customers.
  • Critical strategic thinking, ability to shape both the medium and longer-term strategy of the business.
  • Strong clinical acumen.
  • Strong learning application.

  • Strong territory management skills and proven ability to drive multiple opportunities.

  • Ability to manage a complex sales process that has clinical and financial customers.

  • Maintain established core business hours with additional hours and weekends as warranted by project assignment, required travel, or business necessity.
  • Proficiency in use of desktop software applications, such as MS office.
