Territory Sales Representative Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative in Tampa, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients and cross-selling to existing clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their commercial cleaning needs, bidding on large projects, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with networking groups, strategic partners and organizations that are of high value. Your goal will be to expand and diversify the client base, increase revenue, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
•Research and identify potential clients in various industries and commercial sectors.
•Cold call, email, and network to generate leads and establish initial contact.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your client network.

Consultative Selling:
•Engage with potential clients to understand their cleaning requirements and challenges.
•Conduct site visits to assess the scope of work and gather essential information.
•Tailor cleaning solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, considering factors such as facility size, cleaning
frequency, and budget.
•Proactively ask questions and discuss opportunities to cross-sell the clients complete service line.

Proposal and Presentation:
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits and value and differentiators of the company services.
•Create detailed proposals outlining services, pricing, and terms of engagement.
•Address client questions and concerns, building rapport and trust throughout the process.

Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business while ensuring alignment with the guidelines.
•Overcome reluctance and challenges to find mutually beneficial solutions between the client and the company.
•Drive opportunities to successful closure, obtaining signed contracts and purchase orders.

Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners.
•Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
•Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Market Insights:
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
•Use market insights to refine your sales approach and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting:
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems
•Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 2 years), preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or related field (facilities services, commercial landscaping, commercial building maintenance, etc.).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
•Willingness to travel locally for client visits and industry events as needed.
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:
