Our client, a very profitable and fast-growing Consumer Goods Company, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager. If you are a driver who enjoys diving into data to develop insights and capture opportunities, this is a role where you can make an impact on this exciting business.

Responsibilities include:

• Analytics – manage development, maintenance schedules, and content of US based reporting suite with Nielsen (store data) and Stackline (Amazon data), including customer and market; category and segment performance; brand performance; and product productivity performance
• 4P and Go To Market strategy influence and tracking – analyze company and competitor 4P strategies and proactively provide insights on what is/is not working, where, and why. Help develop unique channel strategies and white space opportunities in both traditional channels and ecommerce
• New Product Development insights and strategic steering – develop fact based selling stories for new product launches

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ consumer goods industry experience in trade marketing, sales analyst, or category analyst roles
• Proven track record of implementing and delivering 4P recommendations aligned to achieve specific organizational KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive account presentations with fact-based recommendations
• Experience in direct account support, preferably within multiple channels
• Working knowledge of product pricing, assortment, placement and promotional strategies
• Syndicated data experience: Nielsen, Panel and Scan Data, IRI and Stackline
• Super Heavy Excel user
• Digital/Ecommerce experience a plus
